Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
If an item is broken in transit to the delivery address, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package with a photo and I will arrange for a new pair to be sent. If this does occur, please note that the buyer shall be responsible for the re-shipping fee.

Polymer Clay is lightweight and durable, but should be handled with care. If dropped or stored incorrectly your earrings may break or become damaged.
Do not get your earrings wet and avoid using perfume, jewelry cleaner and chemicals on your earrings.
If dirty or stained by makeup, you can use a soft wet cloth or wet wipe to gently wipe the surface.
