If an item is faulty - return within 30 days at buyers expense.
If the seller is at fault a similar or replacement of the same or different product of the same value may be offered and sent at the sellers expense. Conditions may apply. Earrings not able to be returned due to hygiene reasons. No returns if you change your mind.
[ Repair service ]
Except for irreparable damage, we will repair it free of charge within one year after purchase. You can send me the jewelery at buyers expense or hand it directly around Whitianga or around Cambridge.
Repairs to jewelry that are more than a year old will be charged according to the repair details.
